Concerning Sandstorm block[edit]
Hey Ochi, first of all just wanted to say I'm glad you blocked that Sandstorm user. His ERPs were starting to make me very uncomfortable. Anyway, it seems that that user is back as an anon (which counts as sockpuppeting if you ask me) making similar comments on Just Roon's page, and wanting to be unblocked. Just wanted to let you know. Hey Ochi, sorry for asking this, but could you perhaps switch your status back from being a bot? I'm asking because your edits never show up on the Recent Changes section because of this, which is annoying for me to try and synchronize any work of mine with yours. For example both the Krampus and Phoenix pages? I wanted to make them myself, but only found out afterwards when trying to post them that you had already done so. Issue: Adam Lanza on Wheels[edit]
Adam Lanza on Wheels has been doing some suspicious activities of "vandalism." FlamemonGamer is able to undo the revisions, I am was able to report Adam's unacceptable behavior, but I want to leave another report here just in case.

Request permission to change a character name[edit]
In Monster Girl Encyclopedia World Guide - Side I: Dragonia, there's a character whose name currently translated as LongQuan. The problem is thst said character running a town of Zipangu culture, so it's highly unlikely that the character would has a chinese name. I've seen the talks over on MGR. The current wiki translation is a JP -> RUS -> ENG translation, I checked the RUS -> ENG part. Please put all your name change suggestions in a list, on this page, along with the accompanying japanese characters. - ドラグリンデ: Currently translated as Dragolinde (also as Dracolinede here), I think it should be Draglinde. Although I'm aware that an anime use similar romanji by translate ドラグナー as Dragonar.
- デル・ロウ: Previously translated as Dell Walker, I already changed it to Dell Lowe. BTW, our current translation say he " had a flat nose" but Google Translate say "had a bulbous nose".
- ドラゲイ: Currently translated both as Dragai and Drake (the latter supposed to be error), I think it should be Dragei.
- グランドワーム グリューエ: Previously translated as Great Wurm Queen, I already changed it to Grand Wurm Grywe.
- 癒しの水神 龍泉: Currently translated as LongQuan Medicine Water Goddess, tweaked from Google Translate's result, I think Healing Water Goddess Ryusen should be correct one.
- ドランスパン: Currently translated as Dragon Spike. But that isn't even its name (it's actuall a nickname, 竜の槍/dragon's spike), the name should be Dorans-pan (or if one want to make it more clear, Dorans Bread). Our current translation also state that the bread is bake in the oven, while the original text say it's baked with breath (ブレス) which also consist with how the other food are cooked.
That's all I can think for now.
I've checked and Grand Wurm Grywe and Healing Water Goddess Ryusen can be changed immediately. I'll change the page to Doranspan since it's supposed to be a single word, and I've confirmed that they're being baked with dragon breath.

Request to launch Mamono Realm Beasts page and category[edit]
I use my user page as sand box for Mamono Realm Beasts. It's short, but I think it should do fine. Two things[edit]
First, I took liberty to create Category:Magic and articles for all magic systems covered in World Guide 3, and now plan to made articles for all spells as well (with new Spells subcategory under Magic). In preparation for spell articles, could you please add Difficulty and Mana Cost parameters to infobox?
Second, can I ask permission to switch the tabs text box in Mamono Lord to usual collapsible text boxs? Since the info on those tabs are actually from different sources (and somehow include references section), I think the collapsible boxes would do better (I would update the article with content from MGE2 and the current setting info while being there as well).--Hinami (talk) 09:09, 7 March 2024 (UTC)

Should we have categories to reflect Kurobinega's official classification?[edit]
The mamono list on Kurobinega has subpages classifying all mamono like demihumans or mermaids-aquatic demihumans. Majority of them are redundant with our Category:Type Index. But there're some notable differences:
- Some of similar classifications are merged together, such as the aforementioned mermaids-aquatic demihumans which also include Mollusc Type, or beastmen-dark beasts.
- Although their names are largely similar to Types Index, the actual classification seems to give higher priority to Category:Family Index. For examples, Dragon Zombie is listed on reptiles for being a dragon, or Pixie is listed on succubi.
- Yet there're some classification that seems to purely reflect KC's preference, such as Cyclops, Elf, and Dwarf being listed on the demihumans, or Mindflayer being listed on Unknown despite being Scylla / Mollusc.
So I think it's worthwhile to add new categories based on the classification. --Hinami (talk) 05:54, 22 March 2024 (UTC)
I don't think it's worthwhile to add more categories, the small icons on the infoboxes were kept there since I couldn't find any other place to put them, and they're the main inspiration for the border colors of each monmug template. The icons KC adds are fairly arbitrary, as they're just a general descriptor of categories. The unknown item itself is just for monsters that don't fit within all the other descriptors.
